Since joining the Croft family in August 2023, we have proudly supported the 99 Bikes team, its parent brand Pedal Australia and its namesake product Pedal Bikes through a ranges of PR strategies and approaches.
Our purpose is to continually amplify its mission to be Australia’s favourite and biggest bike store, while championing more Aussies and New Zealanders on bikes – through creating and sharing the biggest range of affordable, safe, stylish e-bikes and bikes.
We work collaboratively with the team, developing quarterly plans and reviews with the team to amplify or create new major PR or community campaigns, as well as leading fortnightly work in program meetings to adapt to changing client needs or identifying reactive, timely opportunities we’ve achieved just some of the following results.
Championed sustainable initiatives including its B Corp certification – with stories in The Australia, Courier Mail.
Promoting CSR partnerships and sponsorships including its Dismantle x 99Bikes WA partnership and the 99 Bikes Women’s Academy.
Developing ideas, stories, ambassador and media targets to promote initiatives like its 2024 Pedal Heist activation – where free bikes were dropped in major cities all week. We helped the team bring on board brand ambassador, Kiss FM star and new “99 Bikes Heist Hooligan” Zach Mander for the heist drop for Brisbanites tp race to snatch up a free bike from a hidden location in the CBD all week.
Promoting product reviews – and generating coverage in The Australian and AFR
Sharing timely and seasonal product trends and revealing striking sales and customer insights to achieve coverage in top-tier and second tier media coverage including the Courier Mail
Developing business and CEO profile stories and insights as one of Brisbane and Australia’s biggest business leaders.
